I miss all the fun in Sunway Lagoon...

Although there are many games I dare not to try..





This was the most scary game to me,
I gave my turn to others for many rounds,
and still dare not to come down..
Until the safeguard there told me this game is 100% guarentee safe..
haha..But I still scream like anything all the way down..
I told myself this will be the only and the last time for this kinda game...



This game was the only game I played three times..
It was so fun!!



I miss Matthew..his innocent face
His cute smile and everything he did..
I just felt good every morning when he followed me here and there

Heavenly Music-Trip to KK

My 5 days 4 nights trip to KK was...



Ten of us from Miri was invited by Baptist church in KK to have some performance there for Good Friday and Easter Day..
My main role was the pianist accompanist for the chamber from Miri and as one of the singer of " Heavenly Music"

We had rehearsal right after we reached KK for that night's prayer meeting.
To be honest, the rehearsal was really kinda pressure to all of us. The way the person-in-charge conducted it and the way he spoke..
I'm TOTALLY not used to it.. and I think is quite a bit "too much"
At that very moment, I felt like going back home. I'm home sick.. I miss my mum..
"Did I made the right decision to come? I feel like everything and every decision I made was wrong this year.."
Had our dinner only at 10pm that night. Tiring and hungry. I slept for only three hours that night..



The practice for the following day was even worse.
It's for the " Music from heaven " Evangelistic concert ( Good Friday )
We had long hours practice and the person-in-charge started shouting here and there..
I was badly scolded for answering a phone call from my mum.
I cannot hold back my tears anymore and just let it flew down badly..
Then he scolded everyone.
I'm asking,"Why I'm I here for? I never been scolded so badly..
I forgot that I'm here to share God's love and to bring glory to the Lord..:(
Thank God the concert that night was great and the respond was good..
Praise the Lord..

Finally..On Saturday..
We had FUN!

this is amazing..
I was so excited to see the world under the sea..
did'nt even realized that I was carried away by the wave..
I was really panic when I saw my friends far away from me.
Tried to stand up but can't even touch the seabed.
I can't swim.
Waved to my friends but none noticed me..
It was terifying.
I drank a lot of sea water.
All I can do that time was to pray and pray.
Then I started to move my limbs slowly and keep on praying..
Finally I managed to get back to the group again.
Really thank God I'm still sitting here, seriously!!
Learnt the lesson after that and I followed a friend who knows how to swim to a deeper place.
It's even nicer!
I saw God's love under the sea!! Amazing!God is awesome!!

According to the schedule,
there was actually a trip to KK Mount Kinabalu after the Easter day service's performance..
But donno why some of them prefer shopping instead of going to Mount Kinabalu.
So we went to One Borneo instead

On Monday..
We visited an ex-team member who is now suffering from cancer.
Sang and played music for her.
That was a meaningful thing to do..
...

Well,I'm glad to know an uncle from KL this trip, Uncle Steve..
Oops, brother Steve..haha.. He prefer us calling him brother..
He has his own studio in KL..





This is the album he gave us.
All the songs in this album (except one song) were written by him.
There are a few very nice songs in this album which I love so much.
especially " A hymn of gratitude"

When I came back to Miri,
I sent my words of thanks to the person-in-charge
Though we were scolded, but I think they are still many lessons learnt through him
I realized what he said was quite true.

"Don't think that you all very geng a,
when you go out, you're nothing."

I leart that we should be 100% serious during practices..

"If you are interested in any musical instruments, be serious, don't fill only half of the pail.."haha..

Actually I don't expect any reply from him..
But he did. He asked me to forgive him for scolding me..
I felt warm..
All the scolding not a big deal anymore=)





Well, my trip to KK was a really meaningful one..
I give all my praises to Lord=)

Songbooks for ISCF

Finally I got the song books ready for ISCF

This solves all my problems:
1) Chasing after song leaders for the lyrics cause all my christian songs are in Chinese.
2) Hand copy all the songs for the musicians sometimes.
3) Rushing for the power point when the song leaders give me the songs last minute.
4) Searching for the songs from the Internet when the song leaders only give me song title and only manage to get songs WITHOUT chords.
5) Can't write down the chords when I don't know how to sing the songs.

Noticed this mistake only AFTER I had everything printed.
Told teacher bout tat but she covered my mistake with a really beautiful sentence and made me feel so good.

"Never mind la.. Every single song is our property.. We have so many songs, so properties la..haha.. No mistake.."

So I deceided just to let it be..( Actually I had 2 amended manually, but it doesn't look nice..hoh0..)
